Six-month plans include a 5% fee and twelve-month plans include a 10% fee on the financed balance. All amounts are + GST. Shopify Care starts at launch and is billed separately.
Monthly figures are rounded for display; the final instalment may be adjusted by a few cents so the agreed total is exact.

Care is billed month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. A standard A$450 + GST handover covers an access audit, setup documentation, an outstanding-work summary and a handover call. Larger provider transitions are quoted before work begins.
Cancelling care does not cancel unpaid project instalments. Third-party subscriptions, domains, paid themes, apps and platform fees remain separate.

A custom build is a meaningful investment. You should understand the scope, payment schedule and ownership position before committing.
30-day confidence guarantee
For 30 days or until design approval, whichever comes first, you can stop before development. Future payments are cancelled and any unearned part of your kickoff payment is refunded under the agreed milestones.
Fixed scope, flexible payments
You receive one clear quote before work starts. Pay by project milestones or use an agreed six or twelve-month payment plan with every fee shown up front.
Clear ownership
Your website or store account, CMS, domain, content and customer data remain yours. Ownership of custom design and code transfers when the project fee is paid in full.
